Bootcamp

M and I have recently started attending Bootcamp - an outdoor fitness group. We are now into our 2nd month with Matt Brady at Hills Fitness. Up at 5.30am, start at 6.00am for an hour of mixed, intensive exercise and stretching. Can feel the difference already! Happier, more energy, more positive attitude on life.
