Family and friends

Porkie

We became dog sitters for this loveable chap back in 2006. We almost flew him back to Australia but, instead, he found a fantastic home with Helen and her girls. He's very much loved so that makes me happy.

UK visit 2010

Had a flying two week visit and caught up with family and friends.

Had a mini 'Ennis' reunion in Alnwick and saw cousins I haven't seen for 30 odd years.

Also had a mini school reunion in Wakefield. Great to see familiar faces.

Weather was pretty ordinary but that didn't matter.

Bootcamp

M and I have recently started attending Bootcamp - an outdoor fitness group. We are now into our 2nd month with Matt Brady at Hills Fitness. Up at 5.30am, start at 6.00am for an hour of mixed, intensive exercise and stretching. Can feel the difference already! Happier, more energy, more positive attitude on life.
